摘要
提出一种瞬变工况阶比跟踪方法。对于瞬变工况信号进行数据预处理,使其满足计算阶比采样条件,通过重采样插值技术,将等时间采样信号(Δt)变为等转角信号(Δθ),然后进行阶比跟踪。对于瞬变工况下内燃机连杆故障时振动信号阶比跟踪结果表明,该方法能有效地提取故障的特征,达到内燃机状态监测目的。
Instantaneously changing work condition order tracking method (ICWOT) is developed as a new method. Sampled data-preceded, and then resampling based interpolation theory resample data from a constant rate (Δt) to constant angular increments (Δθ) so that it is easy for computed order tracking analysis (COT). Case research shows it is efficient method to the feature extraction Of connecting rod bearing fault signals and ICE's condition monitor.
