摘要
原储丝柜换柜时间长,造成烘丝机出口烟丝含水率合格率低,并出现干头干尾现象。对此进行了改进:更换挡铁装置,优化运行逻辑控制程序,提高分配行车运行速度等。改进后储丝柜换柜时间由原来的最长135s降低到56s,烘丝出口干头量由平均14.7kg/次降低到9.6kg/次,烘丝出口批次含水率合格率由82.7%提高到90.1%。
Silo shifting was a cause of abrupt moisture content fluctuation of dried cut tobacco and the production of over-dried cut tobacco while starting or finishing a drying run in a cut tobacco dryer. The improvement was conducted as: changing the stoppers, optimizing operating logistic control program, increasing the traveling speed of the spreading conveyor, and etc. After improving, the time for silo shifting shortened from 135s to 56s, the amount of over-dried cut tobacco reduced from 14.7kg to 9.6kg per run, the percentage of dried cut tobacco with acceptable moisture content increased from 82.7 % to 90.1%.
