摘要
叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(240nm),测定了20%虫酰肼悬浮剂的含量。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为:0.071;变异系数为:0.35%;平均回收率为:99.56%。线性相关系数为:0.9993。
A quantitative analytical method of 20% Tebufenozide SC by RP-HPLC was described ,Using methanol：water：acetic acid=90：10：0.1（V/V） as mobile phase, using Kromasil C18 column at UV detector （240nm）. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.071,0.35%,99.56%and 0.9993 respectively.
