摘要
本文采用KOH为催化剂,用D4和氨基偶联剂为原料合成氨基改性硅油,并用MOA-4与TX-10复配的乳化剂制备氨基有机硅油微乳液,通过采用浓度不同的催化剂,复配比不同的乳化剂,合成温度,pH等一系列试验,得到的氨基改性有机硅油进行外观、粘度、柔软性、耐热稳定性、硅油含量、氨值等比较,从而得到制备氨基有机硅油及其微乳液合理的条件。
A series of Amino - modified silicone oils have been synthesized by D4 and Aminoethyl aminopropyl dimethoxy -methylsiloxane, with the catalyst KOH of various concetrations in various reation temperatures. We emulsified them by MOA -4 and TX - 10 and compared their appearance, softeness, viscosity, Amino- modifed silicone oll content, amnio equivalent, stabilityy and other properties. Then we can get the optimum condition for preparing Amino - modified silicone oil and its emulsion.
