摘要
目的观察射频消融术(RFCA)对心肌损伤程度及血清cTnI、CK-MB、MYO的变化。方法测定20例快速心律失常患者RFCA术治疗前、后12小时,24小时的血清cTnI、CK-MB、MYO。结果消融后各观察时间点中,20例患者中有3例(15%)MYO超过正常值(P>0.05),5例(25%)CK-MB超过正常值(P<0.05),4例(20%)cTnI超过正常值(P<0.05),其中CK-MB、cTnI均超过正常值3例(15%)(P<0.05)。左侧较右侧消融有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论心肌损伤程度与消融部位(心肌是否直接受损)关系最为密切,与放电时间、消融功率无相关性。
Objective By measuring serum level of CTnI,CK-MB and MYO before and after radiofrequency cather ablation(RFCA)to observe the degree of myocardium injury made by RFCA. Methods 20 patients underwent RFCA for a variety of arrhythmias were involved in the study, CTnI,CK-MB and MYO levels were measured before , and 12h, 24h after RFCAo Results MYO levels were increased in 3 of 20 patients(15%, P〉0.05), CK-MB levels were increased in 5 of 20 patients(25%,P〈0.05), cTnI levels were increased in 4 of 20 patients(20%, P〈0.05) after RFCAo There are significant differences of serum myocardical enzymes level between left ventricular ablation and right ventricular abaltion after RFCA (P〈0.05). Conclusion The position of RFCA was the most important factor related to the degree of myocardial injury, and the degree of myocardial injury was not related to the time and the power of electric releasing during operation.
