摘要
企业经营过程重组的重要环节是分析流程的瓶颈并优化。针对企业流程非增值活动造成的周期过长的状况,提出EX-XPDL集成化企业模型,过程模型为核心,辅以组织模型、资源模型、时间表模型;在模型仿真方面,采用组合资源调度策略;提出评价方法优化流程。根据该思想,开发出建模仿真软件,对采购流程优化,流程周期著缩短。
Enterprise flow analysis and optimization is important to BPR. Due to no value - added activities, enterprise flow cycle is often time - consuming. We propose an integrated enterprise model named EX -XPDL,, inchuding Process Model, Organization Model, Resource Model, and Schedule Model. The simulation based on it adopts combined tactic, and a method of flow evaluation has been raised. The process of sourcing was optimized.
