摘要
由于焦炉集气管压力系统具有强干扰、多耦合、时变和非线性的特点,目前的控制系统效果并非十分理想。针对这种情况,提出将参数在线自调节与多变量模糊规则解耦相结合的智能控制策略,设计了焦炉集气管压力智能控制系统,并利用MATLAB进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,该智能控制系统可获得理想的调节效果。
Because the system for gas collector pressure of coke ovens is a system of having strong interference, multi-coupling, time dependence, and nonlinearity, the effectiveness of the control system for gas collector pressure of coke ovens is not ideal up to now. Facing this situation, an intelligent control system for gas collector pressure of coke ovens, which combines the adjustable parameters of controller on line and uncoupling based on fuzzy rules of multi-variation, is designed. The simulation tests were done for constructing the simulation model by the use of MATLAB software. The visible simulation research was realized as well. The results of the experiment show that the ideal adjustment effectiveness can be obtained by using the intelligent control system.
