摘要
化学灌浆是改善软弱岩体岩性的有效办法,可以降低吸水率、提高变形模量、弹性模量,提高抗压、抗拉和抗剪强度。结合某水利工程现场砂砾软岩的实际情况,研制了一套用于砂砾软岩室内化学灌浆的试验系统;配制了多种试验用环氧树脂浆液;制定了相关的试验方法及步骤。采用外敷材料及试模成型的措施,解决了试验用软弱岩石不易钻孔及成型的难题。通过试件切割及显微镜下微观观察,验证了浆液在砂砾软岩中的可注性。试验结果表明,所研制的砂砾软岩室内化学灌浆系统的灌注性能可靠;对砂砾软岩进行化学灌浆加固具备可行性;灌注及加固效果显著。
Chemical grouting is an effective method used to improve the lithologic characteristics of soft rock. The grouting reduces the water absorption in the soft rock and improves the mechanical properties including the deformation modulus, the elastic modulus, the compression strength, the tensile strength, and the shear strength of the soft rock. A testing system was developed to evaluate the effectiveness of indoor chemical grouting for soft sandy gravel rock. A great variety of epoxy resins were then tested. Using cement mortar and steel moulding plate, the boring and molding in the soft rock were achieved. The filling of the rock by the resins was evaluated by microscopic observation of cut specimens. The results show that the testing system can be used to evaluate indoor grouting on soft sandy gravel rock.
