摘要
为制备具有疏水性核亲水性壳的复合结构磁性微球,提出了一种采用溶剂挥发法和界面聚合法相结合的新方法。通过扫描电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计,对其结构、表面形貌以及磁学性能进行了研究,并利用其对水柴油的吸附率,考察了磁性微球的双亲性。结果表明,制备的磁性微球具有粒度分布较窄,粒径小于100μm、磁响应能力较好等特点,同时,又具有疏水性核亲水性壳的复合结构;通过改变聚合反应时间,可以制备具有不同吸水吸油率的磁性微球,该方法具有成本低、控制条件简单、可批量生产等特点。
This work describes the preparation of amphiphilic magnetic particles with hydrophobic core and hydrophilic shell, by solution evaporation and interracial polymerization. The particles structure and magnetic property were investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibration sample magnetometer (VSM), and the amphiphilicity of particles was characterized by their diesel oil and water adsorptivities. The results show that it is a low-cost and easily controlled method, the average diameter of particles is 100 μm with a narrow diameter distribution. The amphiphilicity of particles formed by redox initiation depends on the reaction time. The measurement confirms the particles with good magnetic and amphiphilic property.
