摘要
对采自人和动物粪便、冷链食品、猪肉、羊肉、牛肉、鸡肉、鱼肉等640份样品进行李斯氏菌的分离与鉴定,研究了李斯特氏菌的分布状况,检出单核增生李斯特氏菌1株,英诺克李斯特氏菌7株,威尔斯李斯特氏菌1株,格氏李斯特氏菌34株,默氏李斯特氏菌6株;单核增生李斯特氏菌的检出率为0.16%,李斯特氏菌的总检出率为7.66%。
This paper investigated distributing situation of Listeria by isolating and identifying them from 640 samples. These samples were collected from feces of human beings and animals, foods of cool chain, pork, beef, mutton, chicken, fish and so on. The result shows that there are 1 L. monocytogenes positive, 7 L. innocua positive, 1 L. welshimcri positive, 34 L. gravi positive, 6 L. murrayi positive. The detectable rate of L. monocytogenes is 0.16%. The total detectable rate of Listeria is 7.66%.
