摘要
通过使用自行研制的毛用低温染色助剂CTC-433在羊毛、羊绒上的低温染色和常规沸染的工艺实验对比,深入探讨了CTC-433在低温染色中对染料的促染规律;并对该助剂的用量、染色温度、应用性能进行了详细的研究。结果表明:CTC-433对染料的促染作用主要发生在70~80℃,用量2%(owf),85℃保温1h后,染料上染率及各项牢度指标可达到常规染色的水平。可缩短染色时间,减少纤维损伤,节约能源,对染料无特殊要求,大多数毛用染料均适用。
By using CTC - 433, a self-made low temperature dyeing auxiliary, dyeing technology tests of wool and cashmere are compared at low temperature dyeing and conventional hoiling dyeing. In the low temperature dyeing process, the law of elevating dyeing rate, dose of this agent, dyeing temperature, dyeing property and so on are studied.Tho results show that dyeing rate is rapidly elevated at 70 - 80 ℃ .When dose of CTC - 433 is 2% (owf) ,wool fibers can dye at the temperature of 85 ℃ by using CTC - 433. Compared with the conventional boiling dyeing process, dyeing time can be shorten, damage of fiber can be reduced and energy can be saved while percentage of exhaustion, fastness are not decreased. In addition, this agent is almost suitable for all dyes of wool.
