摘要
构建和谐社会的要素包括主体、文化、物利、关系、制度和环境六个层面, 它们各具作用,又相互关联。教育之于它们的良性互动有着特殊的功用。和谐社会需要和谐的教育。教育在构建和谐社会中的作为表现在:促进人、社会关系、人与社会、人与自然以及教育自身的和谐发展,开展理性教育和敬人教育,推进社会均衡协调发展,致力于建设民主社会和民主政治等方面。
The construction of a harmonious society is involved with connotative factors in six aspects of subject, culture, material interests relations, system and environment. While having functions of their own, these factors are interactive in a favorable manner for the construction of a harmonious society. In this regard, education plays a special role because harmonious education is of necessity for a harmonious society. Specifically, educational behaviors in this field are characterized by its promotion to the harmonious development of human beings, social relations, relations between human beings and the society and between human beings and the nature, and education itself, its implementation of rational education and respect-targeted education and its positive role in the construction of democratic politics.
