摘要
环形防喷器是井口防喷控制装置的重要组成部件之一。它可在需要时封闭各种形状的钻具,并可在井内无钻具的情况下全封井口。由于环形防喷器对于封闭井口有重要的作用,因此它的设计必须达到规定的要求。在设计过程中,活塞行程的确定、活塞与本体间的行程配合、活塞与本体间的密封等都是必须重视的问题。此外,还根据胶芯铁芯在运动过程中形状不变的特性提出了一种计算活塞行程的方法,让环形防喷器胶芯设计合理,能实现全封井口的功能。
The annular BOP is the important assembly of the blowout preventer control system. It can close the drilling tool with different shapes when it is necessary, and can close the wellhead completely when there is no drilling tool in the well. The paper analyses several questions of annular BOP design which must be paid attention, for example, the determination of piston stroke; the stroke mating of piston and entity; and the sealing between piston and entity. In addition, a kind of calculation method of piston stroke is proposed according to the property of annular BOP that the shape of the rubber core's iron pitch is unchangeable in the movement process. It makes the design of rubber core more reasonable and be able to achieve the goal of closed wellhead.
