昂贵的高等教育费用,超越了农村家庭承受能力,教育支出成为“不能承受之重”,大众化的高等教育接纳的是经济发达地区的大众化、城市的大众化,引发了教育机会不均等,可能导致“断裂的社会”,贫困将被“世袭”,不仅危及社会公平和效率,而且危及社会稳定。
