摘要
在成功研制烧结机尾红外线成像系统的基础上,研究出烧结机尾特征图像的捕捉技术,通过对特征图像处理与分割、温度场的红外热分析以及反映烧结工况的特征变量提取,建立了烧结质量的在线质量监测模型。为烧结过程的监控、调整和控制搭建了理想的平台,取得较好的效果。
On the base of the infrared imaging system at endmost section developing successfully, working out the technology of catching the characteristic image of endmost section. Putting up a forecasting model by treating with and dividing up the characteristic image, analyzing the infrared ray of temperature and picking - up characteristic variable of sintering. The system has been a platform of supervising, adjusting and controlling the sintering, and it do well.
