摘要
目的:观察中药补肾活血方对体外培养SD大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化、矿化的的影响。方法:取新生的SD大鼠的颅骨,胶原酶法培养成骨细胞。应用MTT法,对硝基苯磷酸盐法(PNPP)及茜素红染色方法观察补肾活血方对体外培养成骨细胞的增殖、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性及矿化结节形成的影响。结果:补肾活血方具有刺激成骨细胞增殖,提高碱性磷酸酶活性及矿化结节形成的数量的作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方具有促进成骨细胞的增殖、分化及矿化作用。
Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on cell proliferation,differentiation, maturation and mineralization in rats cultured osteoblasts. Methods： Osteoblasts from craniums of newly born SD rats were cultured in vitro. MTT, PNPP and ARS were used to observe the proliferation,activity of ALP and the number of mineral node of cultured osteoblasts in vitro. Results ： It was found that Bushen Huoxue Recipe had the effect on stimulating cell proliferation ,activity of ALP and the number of mineral node of cultured osteoblasts （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Bushen Huoxue Recipe can promote proliferation, differentiation, maturation and mineralization of the osteoblasts cultured in vitro.
