摘要
三门峡水库调度运用方式决策影响因素众多,有关科研单位和大专院校对此开展了大量的数学模型、实体模型、原型试验等研究工作,取得了丰富的研究成果和试验数据。本文在分析已经取得的试验数据和研究成果的基础上,归纳了涉及三门峡水库调度运用方式决策的基本要素,并进而归结为7项主要影响指标,运用多目标决策方法,探讨三门峡水库优异度较高的运行方式,分析结果认为:近期三门峡水库非汛期最高控制运用水位不超过318m、平均水位不超过315m,汛期敞泄,是课题研究的可获得结论。
Based on the large amount of model test, prototype observation and numerical simulation results for the control of Tongguan elevation and operation mode of the Sanmenia Reservoir, the factors influencing the operation mode of the reservoir are concluded as 7 aspects and corresponding indexes for describing the substance of each aspect are given. Multi-objective decision making method is applied to search the optimal operation mode of the reservoir. It is concluded that the operation schemes with the highest water level of the reservoir lower than 318m and average water level not higher than 315m in dry season and all sluice installations being opened during flood season arc suitable.
