摘要
采用红外光谱、核磁共振碳谱、差示扫描量热法、动态热机械分析以及扫描电子显微镜对抗冲共聚聚丙烯树脂SP179与进口专用基础树脂AW191进行了结构表征。结果表明SP179和AW191的聚合工艺不同,但两者在分子链结构及相态结构上差异微小,因此它们的物理性能基本相近,都具有优异的抗冲击性能;由于助剂体系不同,两者的热性能表现出较大差异。
The structure of impact copolymer of propylene resin SP 179 produced in Qilu and speciality basic resin AWl91 for bumper imported from oversea was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, carbon spectrum of nuclear magnetic resonance, differential scanning calorimetry, gel permeation chromatography, scanning electron microscopy and dynamic mechanical analysis etc. The results show that though SP 179 and AW 191 differ in polymerization technology, there exist little discrepancy in molecular chain structure and morphology between them. Therefore both resins possess similar physical properties and excellent impact resistance. However, the thermal properties of the two resins exhibit significant diversity due to their different additive systems.
