柴胡黄芩配伍抗大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤作用研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的研究柴胡、黄芩及其不同剂量比例配伍对大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型的影响。方法采用白酒灌胃造成大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,通过检测MDA、GSH、NO、肾上腺内VitC含量等指标,从抗脂质过氧化反应的角度及对机体调节方面探讨柴胡、黄芩不同剂量比例配伍对急性酒精性肝损伤的影响。结果柴胡黄芩1∶2组对各项检测指标影响最显著。结论抗脂质过氧化损伤及整体调节作用是柴胡黄芩配伍抗急性酒精性肝损伤的重要机制;柴胡黄芩1∶2组效果最佳。 Objective: To Study the effect of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility ratio of different dosage on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats. Methods: In the experiments, rat models were duplicated by the white spirit through consecutive gastric infusion for ten days. Radix Bupleuri, Radix Scutellariae and Xiaochaihu Decoction (小柴胡汤) were used a.s positive control medicines, respectively. The prevention and treatment effects of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility were studied by investigating product of liver lipid peroxidition (MDA), glutathione(GSH), nitric oxide( NO)and the content of vitamin C in adrenal gland. Results: Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility by the ratio of one to two had the best effect cm acute alcoholic liver injure in rats. Conclusion: Its important mechanism might be realized by inhibiting lipid peroxidion and regulating the system of endocrine-immunity network.
