摘要
在钢筋混凝土梁腐蚀疲劳试验的基础上,对钢筋断口做扫描电镜和化学分析,研究了腐蚀介质在钢筋疲劳断裂中起的作用.研究表明,在腐蚀介质中,弯曲腐蚀疲劳的钢筋断口同样存在裂纹源区、疲劳发展区和断裂区,钢筋腐蚀疲劳寿命的降低,是腐蚀介质和反复弯曲拉应力共同作用的结果.这种作用加速了初始裂纹的萌生和疲劳裂纹的扩展,并始终存在于疲劳发展直至断裂的全过程,说明腐蚀疲劳的机制与具体的环境密切相关.
Based on corrosion-fatigue experiment of reinforced concrete beams, reinforcement fracture was scanned with electron microscope and analyzed by chemical methods. The effect of corrosive media on fatigue fracture of reinforcement was confirmed. In corrosive media, corrosion fatigue fracture of reinforcement in bending members also have fracture source zone, fatigue developing zone and fracture zone. Reduction of corrosion fatigue life is the result of combined action of corrosive media and alternate bending tension stress. The action accelerates the occurrence of initial fracture and extension of fatigue fracture and exists in the whole process from fatigue development to crack, which shows that corrosion-fatigue mechanism is closely related to specific system of environment and load.
