摘要
通过收集国内外有关资料和观察比赛获取数据、并经统计分析,总结出影响三分球命中率的主要因素,从而制订了提高三分球命中率的训练方法。三分球是一种战略武器,不仅比内线投篮多得50%的分,而且能发挥外围球员技术好、快速、灵活、准确的特点。准确的三分球投篮技术,是决定胜负的关键因素。必须加强三分球技术的训练。
Through collecting and analyzing the information and data of domestic and international, the writer summarizes the reason of influencing percentage of three point shoot rate and puts forward the training method of improving shoot rate of three-point. Three -point shoot is a weapon of strategy, it can help not only get 50% more points than the internal line shoot, but also exert exterior line players＇good-skilled, quick, agile, accurate. As the basic skill of baskethall, accurate three-point shoot is the key factor to the victory defeat of the match. We should strengthen the training of three-point shoot.
