摘要
媒介的方程设置首先是一种客观功能,新闻策划是媒介对新闻传播活动加以谋划以及将其展开的过程。二者体现在现实传播实践时是相通的,都强调新闻传播的目的性、计划性和有效性。
The agenda setting in media is one of the objective functions of the medial,while news plot is a process of ploting a dissemination of news and developing it . Both of them ere interlined in transmitting practice in the aspect that emphaeise the aim, plan and validity of propagation of news.
