射频消融治疗儿童室上性心动过速17例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨射频消融(RFCA)治疗儿童室上性心动过速(SVT)的安全性及有效性。方法采用RFCA 法治疗17例SVT儿童(年龄≤14岁),男10例,女7例;年龄8-14岁,均为药物预防无效或药物不能耐受而又反复发作者。结果17例患者中,房室结双经路(AVNRT)4例、右侧房室旁路(RAP)7例、左侧房室旁路(LAP)5例,房性心动过速(AT)1例。消融成功15例,1例RAP患儿消融失败,1例AT患儿未作消融术,1例His旁旁路患儿术后2个月复发,再次消融成功。术后随访6-48个月,所有患儿均无SVT发作,未发生消融相关并发症。结论RFCA是治疗儿童顽固性SVT安全、有效的方法。 Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) for superventricular tachycardia (SVT) in children. Methods 17children cases (age ≤ 14 years old) were treated with RFCA because of inefficacy in prevention recurrence of SVT by drug,of them male 10 cases,female 7 cases,age from 8 to 14 years old. Results Of all 17 cases,4 cases were diagnosed atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT) ,7 and 5 patients were diagnosed right and left accessory atriventricular pathways induced reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) respectively, 1 patient was diagnosed atrial tachycardia(AT). 15 patients were treated with RFCA successfully, 1 patient (RAP) failed and 1 patient gived up RFCA, there was 1 patient ( His bundle side pathway) recurrence of SVT after 2 months, and accepted treatment by RFCA successfully again. Follow-up from 6 months to 48 months, no SVT and correlated complications in all patients treated by RFCA occur. Conclusion RFCA is an safe and effective method in the treatment of SVT in children.
