摘要
介绍一种氨水-乙醇复合溶剂体系,在一限定配比条件下,通过化学反应从直馏柴油中提取环烷酸从而实现柴油精制的工艺过程。经实验室研究,在适宜的工艺条件下,精制后的柴油质量达到现有碱洗工艺达到的各项标准,酸度≤5mgKOH/dL;溶剂经加热可回收循环使用,得到的环烷酸酸值180mgKOH/g以上,该工艺不产生三废,有利于环境保护。
This dissertation introduces a technique by which straight- run distillate diesel oil will be refined by ammonia - alcohol method in order to deacidify the diesel oil , and researches the feasible manufacture conditions under the situation of straight- run distillate diesel oil. Through laboratory tests, it is discovered that the quality of refined diesel oil reaches all the standards of the alkali wash method in existence (acidity≤5 mg KOH/100 mL) under fitting conditions. The solvent can be recycled by heating, and the acidity of the byproduct naphthene acid can reach 180 mg KOH/g upwards. This technique will not produce exhaust gas, waste liquid or waste residue, so it is also propitious to protect environment.
