摘要
通过深圳远洋中心结构的弹性和弹塑性地震反应计算以及转换层及其上下楼层的局部结构的有限元分析,讨论了高位转换双塔结构抗震设计中的若干问题。计算结果表明,大底盘双塔结构塔楼之间存在平扭耦联空间振型;型钢混凝土转换箱梁能有效地传递上部结构传下来的力,但在转换箱梁与内筒连接部位、箱梁底板与顶板在筒体周围以及框架柱的位置存在应力集中;在转换层附近、塔楼与裙房连接附近以及设备层附近结构刚度有不同程度的突变。
By linear and nonlinear seismic analysis of Shenzhen Yuanyang Center Plaza ano Ilnlte element analysis oI its transfering floor,some issues of the two-tower high-rise building with a large podium and a transfer floor located at high level are discussed. From analytical results, it is found that there is a significant coupling among translation vibration modes and torsion vibration modes of the structure. Although steel-reinforced concrete transfer beams can ef- fectively fulfill their functional requirements, the stress concentration is significant at the connection areas, such as the area between the transfer beam and the core tube, between the top/bottom floor and the core tube, as well as around the columns. Lateral stiffness of the structure varies significantly near the transfer floor, between the podium and the upper towers and near the story containing equipment.
