摘要
文章结合DC-500C型压铸机,介绍了压铸机的工作过程,在此基础上详细分析了压铸机的工作载荷,建立了压铸机整机有限元分析模型,使用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对整机进行了三维有限元分析,给出压铸机各主要受力部件的应力与变形关系,为压铸机的改进设计提供了重要的依据。
The technological process of die casting machines is introduced,and by taking the DC-500C die casting machine as an example,all the working loads are analyzed and the finite element (FE) model of the whole machine is established. The 3D FE analysis is conducted by use of the finite element analysis (FEA) program ANASYS,and the relationship among structure,stress and deformations of the main parts is given. The study results provide an important basis for improving die casting machine's design.
