摘要
探讨蓝锭果水煎液对大鼠采用复合病因刺激导致肝硬变的防治作用,给药3周后测肝胶原蛋白、尿羟脯胺酸。结果表明蓝锭果水煎液具有降低肝硬化动物肝内胶原蛋白含量,促进肝内胶原蛋白降解,增加尿羟脯氨酸排泄作用。
The essay discusses the prevention and cure of the boiled liquid of Lonicert Caerulea to the big mouse that was given the stimulation of compound disease that caused cirrhosis of the liver. Examinling the liver collagen and hydrtxyproline after three weeks, it proves that the boiled liquid of Lonicert Caerulea has the effect of reducing the content of the collagen in livers of the animals with hepaticirrhosis, promoting the degradation of collagen in the livers and increasing the excretion of hydrtxyprotine.
