供应链绩效评估体系的建立,能够对供应链管理的实施进行严格的核算和评估,指导管理者有效决策。由于目前还没有形成供应链管理和供应链绩效的统一定义,供应链绩效评估未能形成完整统一的指标体系。从供应链绩效评估指标的特点和原则及供应链绩效指标的设置,就可以了解到目前的研究成果。
The building of supply chain performance evaluation system can strictly asses and evaluate supply chain management, and direct manager to make decisions. Since the consistent definition of supply chain management and suppy chain performance measurement is not formed, the complete and consistent index system for supply chain performance measurement has not been built. The paper refers to the characteristics and principles of supply chain performance index. It reviews the established researches on of supply chain performance measurement index.
