摘要
采用以分子筛为载体、负载镧制成的复合吸附剂深度除磷后的饱和载体进行了再生研究.得出了最佳工艺条件:溶液调节pH=10.5,NaC l为0.8 mol/L浸渍3.5 h,常温下自然干燥后干法500℃下焙烧1 h,通过该方法再生的吸附剂再生8次后吸附容量仍为原吸附容量的85%以上.同时考察了干扰离子对吸附剂再生的影响,其中Ca2+、Mg2+对再生的影响较大,在大于10 mg/L时,可使脱除率降低50%以上.
The research is done in regeneration of a new of compound adsorbent, lanthanum(Ⅲ) -loaded molecular sieve, which adsorbs phosphorus fully. The best result is achieved when pH is around 10.5, NaCl is 0.8mol/ L in concentration and the retention time is 3.5 hours, and when it is baked for an hour at 500℃ after drying by air. The adsorption capacity of rare earth adsorbent is still 85 percent of that of the new adsorbent after it is used 8 times. The interference of ions on the capacity of the adsorbent is also included in this paper, according to which, adsorption efficiency is reduced to 50% when the concentration of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ is more then 10 mg/L.
