摘要
新场气田沙溪庙组气藏为典型的低渗致密气藏,气井投产后堵塞非常严重,堵塞类型主要为蜡堵、水合物堵、砂堵和复合型堵塞。在对其形成原因分析的基础上,提出了水合物化学抑制剂法、防蜡剂JD—3、改进流程设计防砂技术,并形成了JD—5解堵剂、JD—3+放喷和热水+放喷解堵方法。经现场应用,气井防解堵技术取得了较好的效果,维护了气井的正常生产。
The gas reservoir of Shaximiao Group is a typical tight gas reservoir with low permeability in Xinchang gas field. The clog is very serious after the gas wells are put into production. The clogging types include the wax bloc-king, hydrate blocking, sand blocking, and complex blocking mainly. Aiming at the causes of the blocking generation, it is developed the hydrate chemical inhibitor, JD-3 of paraffin inhibitor, sand-controlling techniques by improving the flow design, JD-5 of blocking remover, and the clog-removing methods of JD-3 + open flow and hot water + open flow. According to the field application, the anti-clogging and clog-removing techniques of gas wells achieve good results and maintain the normal production of gas wells.
