摘要 文章系统地介绍了一种能有效对付在钻井中常见的井漏问题的新型多功能复合凝胶堵漏材料。纯粹的聚合物凝胶力学强度相对较低,而新型多功能复合凝胶的力学强度相对较高,能有效的解决井下地层漏失。在纯粹的聚合物凝胶中添加刚性无机材料制备成的复合凝胶堵漏材料有着独特的堵漏机理:复合凝胶聚合物分子链段上的功能性基团能与刚性无机材料有着特殊的相互作用———在凝胶体系内的刚性无机材料起到了增强凝胶刚度与强度的作用;井下岩石与凝胶产生较大的静切力,这两方面的共同作用从而能有效的保证复合凝胶堵漏成功。在凝胶中加入桥接堵漏材料和刚性无机材料后,更能有效地解决超大裂缝的漏失问题。 A new sealing material of multi-function composite gel that can deal with the common loss circulation effectively during well drilling is introduced systematically. The pure polymer gel has low mechanical strength, but the new multi-function composite gel has high mechanical strength, which can control the down-hole loss circulation effectively. The sealing material of composite gel made by the rigid inorganic material being added to the pure polymer gel has special sealing mechanism; The functional group in the molecular links of the composite gel polymer has special interaction with the rigid inorganic material (the rigid inorganic material takes the action to increase the rigidity and strength of the gel system), and the gel produces great static shear with the down-hole rocks. Both the actions can effectively guarantee sealing success of the composite gel. After the bridge loss circulation material and rigid inorganic material being added to the gel, the problem of loss circulation caused by super fractures can be solved effectively.
