摘要
大学核心竞争力的知识基是建立在隐形知识基础之上的。因此,大学应该通过组织的学习来获取大量的隐形知识,再通过隐形知识在组织内的交流与转移,形成隐形知识共享,使组织内部的隐形知识得到全面充分的开发与利用。但大学隐形知识共享往往要受到知识本身的特性、教师的价值观点、社会传统文化、个体心理特质和大学组织结构等多方面障碍因素的影响,有必要采取构筑大学内部知识网、实施完善的激励机制、降低人员知识差异、改变大学内部组织结构、营造良好的文化氛围和推进知识团队学习等策略进行疏导。
The university core competitive power knowledge is based on the establishment of hidden knowledge. Therefore, the university should gain the massive hidden knowledge through organization study, exchange and the shift to prompt hidden knowledge sharing, the comprehensive development and the use of the hidden knowledge among the organization. But university hidden knowledge sharing is determined and affected by many factors such as knowledge itself, teacher' s viewpoint of value, the social traditional culture, the individual psychology , property and the university organizational structure and so on. It is necessary to construct the university interior knowledge network, to implement perfect drive mechanism, reduce the personnel knowledge difference, change university underlying organization structure, build reasonable culture atmosphere, promote the strategies of team study .
