摘要
在内径Φ28 mm流化床中,无烟粉煤在2种工业碱催化剂作用下进行混合气(空气/水蒸气)的催化气化,得出适宜反应时间为40 min,催化气化温度为900℃,2种工业碱催化剂的适宜添加饱和度均为8%.研究显示,无论煤气产率还是煤转气热值,粘胶废碱液均明显高于工业固碱.在适宜催化气化温度(900℃)条件下,产气率从无催化剂时的2.57 m3/kg增加到8%固碱时的3.62 m3/kg和粘胶废碱液时的3.97 m3/kg;煤转气热值粘胶废碱液比无催化剂时增加了2.78倍,比固碱时增加了0.66倍.
The experimental results of mixing-gas (air/steam) catalytic gasification for the pulverized coal by using two kinds of industrial alkali as the catalyst in a fluidized bed with I.D. 28 mm were reported by this study. The optimum reactive time and catalytic gasification temperature is respectively forty minutes and 900 ℃ and the loading saturation levels (LSL) for above two catalysts in pulverized coal are about 8%. The wasted liquid of viscose fiber has showed better catalytic effect than that of industrial sodium hydroxide, whether for gas yield or calorific value of gas transformed from unit weight coal. Under the optimum gasification temperature being equal to 900℃, the value of gas yield is on the increase from 2.57 m^3/kg with no catalyst to 3.62 m^3/kg with industrial sodium hydroxide 8% and 3.97 m^3/kg with wasted liquid of viscose fiber 8 %. Moreover, the calorific value of gas transformed from unit weight coal adds to 2.78 times than that obtained with no catalyst and 0.66 times than that resulted from sodium hydroxide.
