摘要
目的探讨多孔碳酸钙陶瓷(PCCC)的细胞相容性。方法采用浸提法制备多孔碳酸钙陶瓷(PCCC)生理盐水和培养液浸提液,浸提液体外培养L929小鼠成纤维细胞,进行细胞形态学观察,采用MTT法测定细胞增殖率并进行细胞毒性分级;采用分光光度法进行溶血试验。结果培养期细胞大量增殖,形态良好,多孔碳酸钙陶瓷(PCCC)的细胞毒性分级为Ⅰ级,对健康人血的溶血率<5%,存在轻微的细胞毒性和溶血作用。结论多孔碳酸钙陶瓷(PCCC)细胞相容性好,符合植入人体生物材料的相关要求。
Objective To study the cytocompatibility of carvernous carcium carbonate and provide experiment basis for clinical application, Methods Immerse PCCC into physiological saline and culture fluid to acquire PCCC solution, L929mouse fibroblastic cells were cultured in the PCCC solution, their morphology, growth and production were observed, MTT assay was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of solution. Spectrophotometer assay was selected for hemolysis test. Results The cytotoxicity of PCCC was grade Ⅰ , the hemolysis rate was below 5 percent. PCCC has slight cytotoxicity and hemolysis. Conclusion According to the tests, we believe that the material has good cytocompatibility. It is accordance with the biomaterial cytotoxlcity and hemolysis for human implant.
