摘要
通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能量色散谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计、金相显微镜以及拉伸试验等对AZ91D压铸镁合金在不超过300℃、短时间热处理条件下的组织结构及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,热处理未引起该合金微观组织、相结构、硬度和力学性能的显著变化,说明短时间的低温热处理不会对AZ91D压铸镁合金的组织及力学性能产生不良的影响。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the AZ91D being heat-treated below 300℃ was investigated by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ), energy dispersion spectroscopy ( EDS ), X-ray diffraction ( XRD ), microhardness tester ,metallographic microscope and tensile test. The results show that there are no significant change in microstructure, phase structure,hardness and mechnical properties of the AZgl D magnesium alloy after heat treatment below 300℃ ,indicating that microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy are not bad affected by lower temperature for short time.
