学龄儿童感觉统合失调与行为问题的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨学龄儿童感觉统合失调与行为问题的关系。方法:选择成都市5所小学1679名8~13岁儿童为研究对象,用感觉统合评定量表及Rutter儿章行为评定量表进行问卷调查。结果:感觉统合失调发生率28.83%,行为问题发生率29.50%,男女童之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。感觉统合失调组儿童行为问题发生高于感觉统合能力正常组(P〈0.05)。结论:儿童感觉统合失调与行为问题关系密切,早期发现及时矫正儿童感觉统合失调有利于减少行为问题的发生。 Objective: To analyze the relationship between sensory integration dysfunction and behavior problem of clfildren. Methods: 1679 children aged 8-13 from primary school in Chengdu were investigated using sensory integrative sehedule and Rutter child behavior inquiry. Results: The incidence rates of children sensory integration dysfunction and behavior problem were 28.83% and 29.50%. The rates between boys and gills had significantly differences.The scores of Rutter ctfild behavior inquing with the ctfildren of sensory integration dysfunction were significantly higher than the normal ctfildren. Conclusion: Children's sensory integration ability and behavior problem are very close to each other. Children with sensory integration dysfunction are liable to have behavior problem. Preventing and interfering sensory integration dysfimction can decrease the behavior problem of ctfildren.
