论述了在非物理类专业进行大学物理双语教学的目的和意义,介绍了在吉林大学非物理类专业进行双语物理教学的做法和体会.
The precession of the earth＇s axis around the planar normal line of the ecliptic is discussed, and the nutation is neglected. A simple algorithm about the precession of the earth＇s axis is approximately presented.
