摘要
目的建立原药材制首乌及首乌延寿片中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(THPG)的含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76),检测波长320 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 ml·min-1.结果回归方程为:Y=7.356×103X-2.126×104(r=0.9998),线性范围80～630 ng.平均回收率为98.32%,RSD＝0.57%.结论方法简便、准确、快速、灵敏、重复性好,可用于原药材制首乌及首乌延寿片制剂的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrahydroxydiphenylethylene - 2 - O - β - D - glucoside （THPG）in Shouwu Yanshou tablet and Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. by HPLC.METHODS Diamonsil ODS - Cl8 column was used with acetonitrile-water （24： 76） as mobile phase, the flow rate being 1 ml.ml.min^-1, the column temperature being 30℃and UV detection at 320nm. RESULTS The linear equation of THPG was Y=7.356× 103×-2.126×10^4（ r = 0.9998） ,with the average recovery of98.32% and the relative standard deviations of 0.57%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate, rapid, sensitive and eproducible. It could be used for quality control of Shouwu Yanshou preparations.
