摘要
简述了固井工程中隔离液的使用功效;由于复杂深井中高密度钻井液的使用越来越多,因此在固井中为平衡压力、提高顶替效率,要求隔离液也有相应的高密度。根据目前隔离液应用指标的要求及国内高温粘性隔离液的不足,研制出一种MS-R高效隔离液,并对该隔离液的可加重能力、抗温能力、悬浮稳定性、抗盐能力等主要性能进行了评价试验。该隔离液在新疆地区复杂深井中进行了应用,现场复查其与水泥浆、现场泥浆相容性良好,固井后经声幅测井解释盐层封固段均为优质。
The function of the spacer fluid in well cementation was discussed.It should have high density so as to balance pressure and improve the displacement efficiency in the well cementation for more and more high-density drilling fluid used in complex deep wells.Based on the shortage of the high-temperature viscous spacer fluid and demands for the application index of current spacer fluid,a high-efficiency spacer fluid MS-R was de-veloped.Its main performance was evaluated that in-cludes the capacity of weighting,temperature resist-ance,suspension stability,salt resistance etc.It was ap-plied in the complex deep wells of Xinjiang region. Field review proved that it had good compatibility with cement slurry and field mud,sealed intervals of salt bed interpreted by acoustic amplitude log were good af-ter the well cementation.
