摘要 目的探讨血清CYFRA21-1、CA125、TSGF联合检测对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断意义。方法采用电化学发光法检测CYFRA21-1和CA125、化学比色法测定TSGF,将卵巢恶性肿瘤组的测定结果与正常女性对照组及卵巢良性肿瘤组进行比较。结果卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清CYFRA21-1、CA125和TSGF水平及阳性率均明显高于正常女性对照组及卵巢良性肿瘤对照组(P<0.05);三项标志物联合检测的敏感度和诊断准确性均比单项检测高。结论联合检测血清中的CYFRA21-1、CA125和TSGF对卵巢癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To explore the significance of combined detection of serum CYFRA21 - 1 ,CA125 and TS-GF levels for diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors. Methods Technique of biochemical colorimetric was used to detect the serum TSGF level and technique of electrochemiluminescenee immunoassay was used to measure the serum CYFRA21 - 1 and CA125 levels. Results The levels and the positive rates of serum CYFEA21 - 1 ,CA125 and TS-GF of ovarian malignant tumors patients were significantly higher than those of normal women controls and ovarian benign tumors patients (P 〈 0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of serum CYFRA21 -1 ,CA125 and TSGF combined detection was higher than that of single assay. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CYFRA21 - 1 ,CA125 and TSGF levels were of important clinical significance in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors.
