摘要
从高校教师薪酬制度的现状分析入手,深入分析了薪酬制度存在的一系列问题,以此为基础,提出了高校教师薪酬制度的改革,即结合劳动力市场价格变化,科学地确定高校教师薪酬水平;建立以股权与基金为主的长期激励机制;实行双轨薪酬系列,变教师职称晋升中的相对绩效评价为绝对绩效评价;实行一次结清绩效工资的薪酬制度,控制激励成本。
This paper firstly analyzes the compensation system of teachers of colleges and universities.Then the author puts forward the following four measures: defining salary level of teacher in a scientific way by changing it with the price of labor force market;establishing long-run incentive mechanism with stock option and fund;changing from relative performance evaluation in teacher's promotion of the title of a technical post to absolute performance evaluation by taking the measurement of double rewards;controlling incentive cost by carrying out reward system with non-installment salary.
