摘要
以马克思历史唯物主义为基本观点,联系近现代欧美政党政治发展的历史,分析了政党国家化与国家政党化2种趋向的客观存在、原因、及其表现形式,从而辩证地说明了一个国家采取怎样的政党制度,是由这个国家的历史和国情所决定的,不可能有统一的“世界模式”,只要能为本国人民带来自由、民主、平等,能维护世界和平与稳定,促进本国及世界经济的发展,就是好的政党制度。
Based on the historical materialism of Marxism, with a sight of historical facts of the development of the modem politics in America and Europe this paper dialectically analyses the objective existence, cause and manifestation of the two different trends between the party＇s country orientation and the country＇s party orientation, thereby giving a clear explanation of a fact that a political system of a country is determined by its history and the circumstances that it is in no unified world model should be regarded and taken as it has been advocated in a wrong way. It is a good political system as long as it can bring Freedom, Democracy and Equity to the world and support the peace and stability of the world besides the development of the economy both at home and abroad.
