摘要
对进口BTA钻头选择不同的切削参数做切削试验,分析实际工况采取针对性措施,修正管板加工工艺参数,进而调整合理的切削参数,以提高管板钻孔一次合格率,增加生产效益。
Profiling tests were made in different cutting parameters with imported BTA drill. Technological parameters for tubesheet drilling were revised and cutting parameters were reasonably adjusted based on paractical working condition. Thus, primary yield of hole drilling for tubesheet was increased.
