摘要
文章分析了游梁下偏平衡技术的平衡机理和结构受力特点,介绍了运用该技术对常规游梁式抽油机进行节能改造的生产实践。在不改变抽油机运行参数和同等平衡率水平的条件下,对改造前后的运行电流、功率、功率因数以及有功、无功电量等参数进行了测试和对比,验证了运用该技术改造常规游梁式抽油机的节能效果,具有使用和推广价值。
The paper describes the production's practice that is applied on the working-beam with downward beam balance for conventional walking-beam pumping unit's improvement on energy saving. The comparison and test have been done for the current, power, power fartor, active power and seactive power betwer before and after upgrading under the condition of unchanged pump pasameter. The energy-saving efficien is proven and it is worth to use and expande.
