摘要
研究RPA2000橡胶加工分析仪在配方设计中的应用。结果表明,RPA2000测定的剪切模量、损耗因子等数据与常规方法测定的胶料定伸应力、回弹值、生热等物理性能有很好的相关性;通过与硫化测温仪数据共享,可实现对轮胎硫化测温曲线的变温模拟,从而完成对不同轮胎部位胶料硫化速度的最佳化调整,为制定硫化条件提供依据。
The application of RPA2000 rubber processibility analyzer in formulation was investigated.The results showed that the data,such as shear modulus and loss factor measured by RPA2000 were correlated well with the physical properties of rubber compound,such as modulus at 300%,resi-lience and heat build-up measured by conventional methods;and the temperature changing simulation for curing temperature curve of tire could be relized by sharing the data from the curing temperature tester to optimize the curing rate of rubber compound in different parts of tire and propose the criteria for establishing curing conditions.
