20种植物提取液对黄瓜霜霉病的预防作用研究 被引量:12

摘要 用叶圆盘生测法测定了20种植物不同组织部位的甲醇提取液对黄瓜霜霉病菌(Pseudoperonosporacubensis)的抑菌效果,其中水蓼(PolygonumhydropiperL.)全草,合欢(AlbiziajulibrissinDurazz.)叶和石楠(PhotiniaserrulataLindl.)枝的甲醇提取液在离体叶圆盘的防效分别为98.33%,100.00%和100.00%,其它植物提取液均无明显抑菌效果。上述3种植物提取液的室内盆栽试验结果表明,7天后对黄瓜霜霉病的预防效果分别为54.19%,62.00%和78.93%,田间试验的防效则分别为25.57%,27.91%和48.84%。对防效较好的石楠枝甲醇提取物用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、水饱和正丁醇依次进行萃取,并对各萃取物进行叶圆盘测定,结果表明,有效活性成分存在于正丁醇相和水相中;当浓度为30mg.ml-1时,两相萃取物对黄瓜霜霉病的抑制率分别为100.00%和87.87%。 The inhibition activity of different tissues extracts of 20 plants against Pseudoperonospora cube'nsis were tested by the leaf discs tests. The results showed that the extracts of the whole plant Polygonum hydropiper L., the leaf of Alblziajulibrlssin Durazz. and the stem of Photinia serrulata Lindl. had a good inhibition effect of 98.33%, 100.00% and 100.00%, respectively. The other plant extracts didn' t have any inhibition effect. The pot tests of these three plant extracts showed that their control effects at 7 days were 54. 19% , 78.93% and 62. 00%, respectively. The field tests showed that their control effects at 7 days were 48.84% , 27.91% and 25.57% , respectively. The methanol extract of the stem of P. serrulata, which had the best control effect, was extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol. The leaf discs tests showed that the active fraction existed in n - butyl alcohol and water, and their control effects were 100. 00% and 87.87% at the concentration of 30mg·ml^-1 .
