摘要
研究了活塞环合金铸铁激光表面处理后的组织和硬座变化.研究表明:激光表面处理能极大地提高材料的表层硬度;硬化区由熔化区和相变区两部分组成,硬化区中的高碳针状马氏体是材料表层获得高硬度的主要原因.
The change of the microstrueture and hardness of the cast alloy iron of the piston ring by the laser surface handening have been studed. It is shown that laser surface hardening will increase the hardness of materialssignificantly. A hardening zone was produced in the surface of materials. The hardening zone is composed of meltingzone and phase transition zone. The high carbon needle martensite of hardening zone is main cause resulting in highhardness of the materials.
