摘要 目的介绍近年来国内外微片剂型的研究进展。方法根据已有文献,对其进行综合、分析与归纳。结果与结论微片在临床效果上类似于微丸,同属剂量分散型给药范畴;在制备工艺上,微片具有普通片剂的一般特征,但需要特殊的压片模具,并要求压片颗粒或粉末具有更好的流动性。微片的研究和应用主要以口服制剂为主,尤其适用于治疗剂量和毒性剂量比较接近,或给药剂量需根据患者血药浓度随时调整的药物。目前也用于眼科疾病的治疗。
