摘要
用蒙特卡罗(MONTECARLO)方法模拟了患有肿瘤的正常生物组织中的光输运过程。为了计算的方便,假设肿瘤具有明确的边界线和简单的几何形态。利用模拟计算的结果,本文研究了生物组织在一定光入射情况下的表面漫反射光分布和组织内部光分布的特点。光分布的情况依赖于组织内部光学特性参数的分布,因而直接与组织的内部结构有关。
The light migration for tissues with a tumour is simulated by Monte Carlo method. For the sake of simplicity of computation, the tumour is assumed that have simple shape and obvious interface. The characters of internal and diffuse reflection light distribution are presented. The characters depend on the distribution of optical parameters of tissues. The relation between the characters and the internal structure of tissues is studied here.
