摘要
在空气环境中,以无水乙醇为中间介质,常温涂敷法合成了 Ti-MCM-41介孔分子筛,实验研究了不同Ti/Si 摩尔比和钛源等因素对 Ti-MCM-41合成的影响。XRD 研究表明,随 Ti/Si 摩尔比由0.01增加到0.10.衍射参数 d_(100)由3.98nm 缩小为3.65nm,100衍射峰强相对于 MCM-41下降了33%~84%;以钛酸四丁酯和四氯化钛为钛源合成 Ti-MCM-41时,100衍射峰强相对 MCM-41分别下降了33%和59%;SAXS 得到的 Ti-MCM-41孔径与 TEM照片的结果符合,好于 N_2吸附-脱附等温线方法得到的结果,SAXS、TEM、N_2吸附-脱附等温线给出的孔径分别为2.00nm、2.15nm、3.60nm。
Under normal temperature, the mesoporous molecular sieve Ti-MCM 41 is post-synthesized in air. The mediated solution is absolute ethanol. Two factors, different Ti/Si molar ratios and Ti sources, are concerned in the process of synthesis Ti MCM-41. With the molar ratio of Ti/Si (0. 0140. 10) increasing, Ti-MCM-41 diffraction parameter d100 diminishes from 3. 98 nm to 3.65 nm; and compared with MCM-41, the intensity of 100 peak decreases from 33% to 84%. Butyl titanate is a suitable Ti source compared with titanium tetrachloride during the synthesis of Ti-MCM-41. The result of SAXS is better consistent with TEM than N2 absorption isotherm in the pore diameter of Ti-MCM-41 (SAXS, 2.00 nm; TEM, 2. 15 nm; N2 absorption isotherm, 3.60 nm).
